• Cake Flavors

  While we do try to keep a selection of our 8" cakes on hand it always recommended to call ahead to order, at least 48 hours of advanced notice is appreciated. Unless noted all cakes are made with European buttercream. If you don't see something that you had in mind, just ask! We're always willing to do special orders.

  • Vanilla kirsch

    Vanilla European sponge cake brushed with kirsch liquor sugar water, layered with vanilla buttercream and finished with toasted almonds on the outside.

  • Vanilla raspberry

    Vanilla European sponge cake, and Vanilla buttercream, with fresh raspberries between the layers and topped with house-made raspberry coulis. This cake is also wonderful with strawberries, blueberries, or mandarin oranges in place of the raspberries.

  • Fruited Euro

    vanilla sponge cake, vanilla buttercream and seasonally available fresh fruit, typically strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and kiwi. Finished with toasted cake crumbs and more fruit on top. This is a delightful cake for summer!

  • Vanilla Mocha

    vanilla sponge cake, brushed with rum sugar water, and layered with coffee mocha buttercream. This cake is also great made with chocolate cake in place of the sponge cake.

  • Chocolate raspberry

    two layers of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and fresh raspberries topped with chocolate ganache. This cake is also great with strawberries instead of raspberries.

  • Delice

    two layers of chocolate cake with a whole vanilla flavored New York cheesecake in the middle, chocolate buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache. This cake can only be made as an 8" round cake.

  • Death By Chocolate

    this cake has it all, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream between the layers and finished with Belgian chocolate shavings.

  • Chocolate orange

    chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, and mandarin oranges in the layers, finished with chocolate shavings. For a new twist try it with mocha buttercream!

  • Chocolate peanut butter

    always a favorite! Chocolate cake layered with chocolate peanut butter buttercream.

  • German chocolate

    chocolate cake with traditional coconut pecan filling, chocolate buttercream, and finished with toasted coconut and shaved chocolate.

  • Neapolitan

    a layer of chocolate cake, a layer of strawberry cake, fresh strawberry slices between the layers, vanilla buttercream, topped with house-strawberry coulis.

  • Black and white

    This one can make anyone happy! One layer of chocolate cake, one layer of white cake, chocolate and vanilla buttercream swirled between the layers, and finished with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache, made to look like birch bark.

  • Lemon

    two layers of lemon cake with lemon buttercream and house-made lemon curd. This cake is awesome with the addition of raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries.

  • Red velvet

    traditional red velvet cake with your choice of European buttercream or our cream cheese frosting.

  • Caramel Apple

    apple spice cake with caramel cream cheese frosting. Great cake for the fall!

  • Pumpkin

    pumpkin cake with maple buttercream. This is another great cake for the fall or winter.

  • Pina Colada

    our light-textured pina colada cake with a pineapple-coconut whipped cream frosting, finished with shaved coconut.

  • Carrot

    traditional carrot cake full of shredded carrots and raisins, topped with cream cheese frosting, and finished with walnuts. A classic!
